Excellent amenities. Super clean Modern Trendy and the food at the cafe was the best. Prime location. excellent views from the balcony. There was a lot of miscommunication. We did let the front office now of some extensions in our reservation and they dismiss us saying they knew about it and that we didn't have to do anything. However 3 days later they called me in the middle of my heavy workload to tell me I had to move from rooms, Well that is exactly what i was trying to avoid. With that said, like most of Italy the customer service is curt and lacking hospitality. Overall it was a good stay

This hotel is definitely dated and could use some updating. The room is underwhelming and old, but quiet and air conditioned. Could use some different furniture- the couch was a weird vinyl material and there were no tables or places to put suitcases. The breakfast Buffett was amazing with so many choices. Even offered mimosas! This is right off the beach and the location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping.
